While we don't intended to raise silkworms, these cleavers are a must for cooking some of the most delicate Chinese dished like Wensi Tofu. Hand forged from proprietary ZLG167 stainless steel, a equivalent to popular AUS-8 steel, these cleavers have excellent tapers, helping the balance and ease of use.
