Introducing our new line of Nakiris from Hudson Torrens, he is a Canadian blacksmith who has been raising rapidly in the world of culinary cutlery. These Nakiris are made from newly introduced ProCut steel, a high carbon nickel steel with high toughness and good wear resistance, exceeding that of typical Blue paper steel. With Hudson's hand forging, these has been transformed into cutting tool par excellence. Thick forged taper, carefully grounded convex geometry and authentic forged finish, these Nakiris are also larger than their counterparts to our spec.
