Made to be affordable yet still retain the hand made excellence of his knives, these Bunka are great all-rounder knives, they work great in tighter kitchen space, from fine task to full prep they can do it all. Forged from Swedish AEB-L stainless steel, with rustic yet charming forged finish, these knives cut through thick food with ease. The low bevel with thin stock helps to retain great toughness and easy maintenance sharpening.
