Also known as Mulberry cleaver, legend has it these knives are used to thin slice mulberry leaves to feed the delicate silkworms. While we don't intended to raise silkworms, these cleavers are a must for cooking some of the most delicate Chinese dished like Wensi Tofu. Made from 9Cr18MoV stainless steel, cladded in 2 layers of soft stainless steel, these cleavers are easy caring yet still have very good edge retention.
